
Presales Solution Architect

Presales Solution Architect will work with relevant departments from concept to deal closure, providing expertise for successfully deploying large-scale solutions, using modern digital technologies.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Shape the solution that is right for the customer with the right technology, at the right price point, and with the appropriate risk profile
- Develop proposals and pricing models for innovative solutions specifically in the areas of network design and infrastructure setup, network security, office automation tools such as door access, CCTVs and WAP and voice system like IP telephony system design. Good knowledge of products in such areas would be preferred
- Highlight the positive impact of the solutions and how it can achieve customer’s business goals
- Compare solution alternatives across both technical and business parameters which support the defined cost and service requirements
- Develop and refine solution patterns for common and recurring problems
- Be the expert resource to support interventions on projects where the solution quality or progress has become an issue
- Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies/patterns/methodologies and market offerings that may be of interest to our clients
- Understand the strategic direction set by Commercial Director as it relates to team goals
- Any other ad-hoc duties, as assigned
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience either as pre-sales architect or as solution/enterprise architect
- Experience in Digital capabilities, Data Architecture and Cloud-based Architecture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to explain technology from a customer perspective
- Highly analytical and able to manage complex solutions
- Naturally inquisitive - asks questions to ensure understanding
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Highly resilient and team player - demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a common goal
