This unique role combines sales coordination expertise with creative mockup capabilities, specifically focused on customized corporate premiums and promotional products. The ideal candidate will serve as the critical bridge between our sales operations and creative presentation, ensuring that client visions are translated into compelling visual representations that drive business growth.

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team through administrative excellence while simultaneously creating high-quality mockups that give clients a realistic preview of their customized corporate gifts and promotional items. This position requires a rare blend of organizational skills, sales acumen, and design capabilities—making it perfect for a creatively-minded professional with strong commercial awareness.

The Creative and Sales Coordinator will play a strategic role in enhancing our client presentation processes and contributing directly to sales conversion rates. By creating photorealistic mockups that help clients visualize their customized premiums, you will significantly reduce the approval cycle and increase client confidence in their purchasing decisions.

Meanwhile, your sales coordination responsibilities will ensure that orders progress smoothly through production and delivery, maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence in the corporate premiums market. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key responsibilities

  1. Creative Mockup Duties

  2. Client Consultation Support: Work directly with clients to understand their customization requirements and provide visual interpretations that align with their brand identity. Translate client concepts into compelling visual representations that accurately depict the final product.

  3. Visual Mockup Creation: Generate high-quality, photorealistic mockups of customized corporate premiums using specialized mockup software and tools. Create multiple visual variations efficiently to showcase different customization options, including color variations, imprint placements, and material finishes.
  4. Design Adaptation: Adapt client artwork and logos to fit various product templates while maintaining brand consistency and visual integrity. Provide recommendations on design placement, sizing, and color combinations to enhance the visual appeal of customized premiums.
  5. Mockup Library Management: Develop and maintain an organized library of mockup templates for our most popular corporate premium items, ensuring quick access for recurring client requests. Continuously expand our mockup collection to include new products and customization techniques.
  6. Presentation Development: Create professional client presentations that effectively showcase mockups from multiple angles and in various usage contexts.
  7. Sales Coordination Duties

  8. Order Processing Management: Serve as the central point for processing sales orders for customized corporate premiums, ensuring accurate entry of specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines into our order management system. Liaise between clients, other sales team members, and production partners to maintain clear communication channels throughout the order fulfillment process.

  9. Client Account Support: Provide dedicated support for key accounts by maintaining regular communication, preparing account status reports, and assisting with the development of strategic account plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deal timelines and delivery commitments, proactively addressing potential delays before they impact clients.
  10. Sales Documentation Development: Work with sales manager to create compelling sales collateral and tailored pitch decks for client presentations, incorporating your mockups to visually demonstrate customization options. Prepare responses for RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions, ensuring they effectively communicate our capabilities and competitive advantages.
  11. Logistics Coordination: Work with sales team and other services and/or logistics partners to coordinate timely delivery of corporate premiums, managing export documentation when required for international clients. Track order status and provide regular updates to both clients and internal sales team members, ensuring transparent communication throughout the process.
  12. Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company's system, track sales activities and generate reports on sales performance metrics. Support the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and managing follow-up activities.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative and sales coordination role, ideally within the gifting industry whereby previous experience in the corporate premiums, promotional products, or printing industry is highly advantageous. Familiarity with common premium products (e.g., writing instruments, wearable items, technology accessories, corporate gifts) and their customization constraints
  2. Mockup Software Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with professional mockup tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro and/or any mockup generator. Ability to efficiently utilize features such as batch processing, color customization, and realistic texture application.
  3. Technical Understanding: Working knowledge of file preparation requirements, including color modes (CMYK vs. RGB), resolution specifications (300 DPI for print), and bleed areas. Understanding of different material properties and how they affect customization outcomes.
  4. Design Capabilities: Strong sense of aesthetics and design principles, with the ability to create visually appealing compositions that highlight product features. Knowledge of print production processes and requirements for various customization methods (e.g., embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, direct-to-garment printing).
  5. Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients and manufacturers). Ability to actively listen to client needs and translate them into actionable design requirements.
  6. Organisational Skills: Superior time management and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong prioritization skills to balance urgent requests with ongoing projects.
  7. Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions when faced with design challenges or production constraints. Flexibility to adapt mockups based on client feedback while maintaining visual integrity and brand standards.
  8. Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships even when addressing concerns or handling complaints. Professional demeanor in all client interactions
