Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Understand clients' business objectives, target audience and market challenges
  • Develop creative strategies that align with client goals and business needs

Creative Ideation

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas, concepts and solutions for videos and/or campaigns
  • Developing storyboards, assisting with shoots, and overseeing scriptwriting
  • Lead efforts in creating proposal decks with compelling narratives and visuals to effectively communicate creative ideas
  • Collaborate on the development of creative visuals

Client Engagement

  • Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and improve proposals
  • Build trusted client relationships by translating business needs into bold, effective creative solutions

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters and production team members to bring creative concepts to life

Leadership

  • Creative lead, delegating responsibilities and mentoring junior members of the team

Requirements and Skills

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience in a creative role within an agency setting
  • Experience collaborating with designers, editors, and production vendors
  • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar is a plus
