Job Scope:

Sales Coordinator

  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
  • Provide sales support to the sales team, including follow-up and coordination
  • Deliver customer service and coordination support to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with daily office operations

Operations Executive (Logistics)

  • Plan and coordinate logistics and transport schedules for the delivery of furniture and bathroom products.
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain stock availability.
  • Track and optimize delivery routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Handle documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and transport permits.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transport and handling.

    Provide regular updates and reports on logistics performance to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, transport, or operations management is a plus
  • Entry level are welcome to apply training is provided
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
