Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting customers, check-ins, appointment scheduling, and handling phone enquiries
  • Maintain and update customer records and basic documentation
  • Perform simple cashiering duties and assist with basic stock checks or replenishment
  • Ensure reception/showroom area is tidy, presentable, and customer-ready
  • Support Sales Executives with customer coordination and turn-taking systems
  • Ensure display items or showroom cars remain clean, organised, and in good condition
  • Serve refreshments and provide a pleasant customer experience
  • Assist with purchase order/delivery order paperwork when required
  • Handle general administrative tasks and support events or roadshows when scheduled

Requirements:

  • Relevant customer service or admin coordination experience in sectors such as retail, education, logistics, automotive, or healthcare has advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – cheerful, confident and service-minded.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word / email systems; able to handle simple data entry and documentation.
  • Flexible to work weekends, Public Holidays or events (with off-in-lieu provided).
