The Role

We're looking for a hunter-minded Digital Sales Leader — someone who is hungry to win, driven by results, and passionate about helping brands grow through performance marketing.

You'll play a key role in driving OC Digital's revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, closing high-value deals, and expanding our client base across performance marketing, paid media, and SEO. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives on chasing opportunities, building relationships, and delivering measurable success.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and win new business — identify, engage, and close opportunities across key industries and sectors.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue across SEO, paid media, and performance marketing solutions.
  • Leverage OC Digital's partnerships with Google, Meta, and TikTok to deliver innovative, results-driven campaigns.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, demonstrating how our digital strategies drive measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft powerful proposals and presentations tailored to client goals.
  • Use data and insights to track sales performance, forecast growth, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Represent OC Digital at networking events, conferences, and digital marketing forums to build visibility and connections.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance sales, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new business — you love the chase and the win.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and performance marketing ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and relentless in pursuit of growth targets.
  • Strategic yet action-oriented — you know how to open doors and close deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4, $10,000.00 per month
