At OneThreeOneFour, we create unforgettable overseas prewedding photoshoot experiences for couples across the world. From planning to execution, we make destination shoots seamless and memorable. We're looking for a Sales Executive/Coordinator to be the bridge between clients and vendors, handling both sales and operations end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, chat, or calls.
  • Conduct sales calls and consultations to understand client needs.
  • Recommend suitable packages and offer tailored solutions catered to their preferences
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a personalised, positive client experience.

Shoot Planning & Coordination

  • Liaise with clients to plan their photoshoot itinerary (destinations, timings, logistics).
  • Manage scheduling, booking, and coordination of all vendors involved.
  • Ensure all client requirements and preferences are clearly communicated to vendors.

Execution & Operations

  • Prepare all necessary documentation (shoot briefs, schedules, confirmations).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise pre-shoot or during the process.
  • Resolve any operational issues quickly, including during off-hours if necessary.

Post-Shoot Management

  • Manage editing and retouching with editors.
  • Coordinate production of print deliverables and ensure timely delivery of final products to clients.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, Hospitality or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, events, or operations (wedding or travel industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable coordinating with overseas vendors across time zones.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to problem-solve quickly.
