We're looking for a detail-loving Sales Administrative Coordinator to support our growing Business Development team. If you're highly organized, love cute things, and enjoy working behind the scenes to help a business run smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales pipelines.
  • Track leads and opportunities; follow up on inquiries and assist with client communication.
  • Assisting with the identification, tracking, and management of potential leads.
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and sales documentation.
  • Preparing reports on sales performance, market analysis, and other relevant data.
  • Processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Help manage documentation for client onboarding and follow-ups.
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Hiring Manager.

What You Bring:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or a related support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous and eye for details
  • Highly organized with good time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and a team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Interest in learning about B2B sales and business development strategies.
