Summary

This position reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for managing Sales Orders and supporting the Sales team in daily administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales department in preparing Sales Orders and internal documents as required
  • Match customer Purchase Orders (POs) with sales information provided
  • Handle order administration and processing
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Warehouse, and 3rd party couriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Support the Sales team in achieving departmental objectives
  • Manage day-to-day paperwork and filing related to sales transactions

Requirements

  • Diploma holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Adaptable, flexible, hardworking, and reliable
  • Team player with a genuine interest in the company's products
