
Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process daily customer orders accurately and on time
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Coordinate with drivers and plan efficient delivery routes
- Perform regular stock checks and update stock records
- Manage and fulfil online platform orders (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop)
- Handle customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally
- Respond to and manage emails for order confirmations, delivery coordination, and general enquiries
- Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks, including document filing, packing coordination, and internal reports
- Ensure strong time management, prioritisation, and task arrangement to meet daily deadlines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administrative or logistics roles preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, basic data entry, and email systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills (Advantageous):
- Experience with food manufacturing/FMCG industry
