Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Team (e.g., invoice processing, report collation).
- Assist with store management, including inventory of medical and non-medical supplies.
- Perform SAP transactions such as raising contract POs, goods receipt, issue, and scheduling agreement.
- Handle reception duties, triage tasks, inquiry lines, and vendor/supplier management.
- Assist with reporting, departmental improvement projects, and data analysis.
- Maintain staff and vendor records for contact tracing purposes.
- Support Executive/Operations Manager with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
