Location: Central

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 830am to 530pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone (main), email, live chat & walk-ins
  • Manage complaints, escalations & feedback
  • Support night desk & HK desk on rotation (public holidays)
  • Ensure timely issue resolution & meet KPIs
  • Contribute to service improvements & ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
  • Min. 2 years' call centre or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & service mindset
  • Willing to work rotational night shifts & public holidays
  • Proficient in MS Office & digital tools
