The Client Service Officer is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Role to provide operational and control support to the Treasury sales Advisory which include validation of the client remittances to ensure accuracy and timely processing by the remittance team, COB co-ordinator, Project handling, be the contact point for all unit's administration and technical support. Individual needs to be independent and multi-task with detailed in numbers. Matrix driven as the provision of data/MIS to team and business.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver operational, control and technical support to the Treasury Sales Advisory in the unit

Manage and execute client transactions with respect to business and individual banking, credit and investment products. Ensure transactions are completed within audit and compliance standards as well as timely.

Take ownership of client investigations (e.g., statement reporting issues and pricing inquiries) and collaborate with operational and middle office teams to ensure effective resolution.

Enforce banking policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Identify and document process and procedures

Provision of data/MIS for business for review and presentation.

Qualifications:
2-5 years relevant experience

Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to problem solve and analyze data with demonstration of attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong background and interest in the fields of operations and compliance;
Knowledge of investments, banking and Treasury products

**Education**:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
