My client is a market leading provider of advanced financial trading and back office solutions globally. We are currently seeking a new member to the Client Services team, with an ambition to be part of a growing company whose goal is to accelerate their growth and talent pool within the APAC region.

**Areas of responsibility**
- Support, monitor and operate our live trading platforms in a 24x5 team
- Monitor and optimize our many b2b bank and client lines
- Configure and roll out technical solutions for clients
- Coordinating with our Operations team - Risk Management/Trade Reconciliation
- Setting up client accounts in various systems, in accordance to client’s specifications
- Assisting our Global Sales team with closing business
- Training of clients in various systems and solutions

**What we expect from you**
- At least 2 years’ experience and background within the financial services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or similar
- Required language(s): Excellent spoken and written English
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Structured and hands-on work ethic with ability to work individually and as a team player
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize issues and workload, while being client focused at all times
- Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner and innovative
- Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours at short notice
- Travel can be expected for training and assistance to clients.
- References required

**Preferred skills**
- Experience in the FIX protocol
- Previous experience with MetaQuotes software is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Japanese and/or Cantonese is highly desirable, but not require (to liaise with Japanese and/or Cantonese speaking clients)

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
