Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to join our team at a healthcare clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of medical supplies and equipment essential for our clinic's operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly by sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining inventory to meet the needs of our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers of medical products and equipment.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical staff to understand supply needs and ensure accurate procurement.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Track and manage deliveries to ensure they meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Work with internal teams to streamline purchasing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

· A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare sector.

· Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to work 5.5 day work week. (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm)
