**Job Title**: Planning Purchase Executive

**Location**: Central, Singapore

**Report To**: Chief of Purchasing

**Position Type**: Full-Time/Contract

**Job Summary**:
The Planning Purchase Executive is responsible for developing and implementing strategic purchasing plans to optimise procurement processes and ensure efficient supply chain management. This role involves analysing market trends, forecasting demand, and collaborating with various departments to align purchasing strategies with organisational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans to meet the organisation’s goals.
- Work with sales teams to plan procurement accordingly.
- Identify and evaluate potential clients to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve cost savings and ensure quality standards.
- Assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Local Diploma Purchasing/Purchasing Management or Degree in related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
