We are seeking an Office & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and accounting tasks. You will handle supplier payments, client billing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, while ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash
  • Prepare client cost estimates and issue invoices
  • Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online (AP, AR, expenses)
  • Handle monthly bank reconciliations and assist in basic financial reporting
  • Support HR administration such as leave records and staff claims
  • Maintain proper filing of contracts, receipts, and office records
  • Liaise with external accountant/auditor when required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in office admin and/or accounts support
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with government grants and claim submissions
