Pro Digestive Gastroenterology is a newly established clinic specializing in digestive health. We are excited to offer high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in a professional environment. As we grow, we are looking for a motivated Clinic Executive who has good communication skills to help provide an exceptional experience for all of our patients. Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Support: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, assist with daily clinic operations, and manage patient flow to ensure smooth operations.
  • Front Counter Duties: Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling and phone inquiries.
  • Payment Handling & Insurance: Process invoices, payment collection (Credit cards/Cash/PayNow), insurance claims and assist with billing-related enquiries.
  • Clinical Assistance: Support Doctor during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor clinic supplies, maintain appropriate stock levels, and manage reordering.
  • Medication Dispensing: Assist in dispensing medication
  • Daily Closing of Collections: Perform daily closing of collections and ensure all payments are accurately recorded.
  • General Office Duties: Perform filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • GCE "N" level and above; additional certifications in medical assisting or administrative support are a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Tech-savvy and able to work with computer programmes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
