Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival with a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up arrangements.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
  • Record and update patient information accurately in the clinic management system.
  • Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash balancing.
  • Comply with clinic SOP, confidentiality policies, and health & safety regulations.

Clinical Support:

  • Perform triage and basic medical procedures (e.g., taking height, weight, blood pressure)
  • Assist in basic clinical procedures (e.g., specimen collection, pregnancy tests)
  • Assist and chaperone doctor during consultation.
  • Prepare consultation rooms including preparation of equipment for procedures.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.

Requirements:

  • O-Level or equivalent; certification in healthcare/medical assisting is a plus. Healthcare experience preferred but not required (training provided)
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems.
