Support the Executives and Manager of Clinical & Health Informatics Office (CHIO) in the governance and strategic delivery of the hospital informatics strategic roadmap through the intelligent use of health informatics to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care. Key responsibilities include supporting the Medical Records Committee and Patient Records Review Subcommittee.

The Challenges

  • Coordinate quarterly committee meetings, including but not limited to scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Support quarterly audits across clinical departments. Provide assistance with regulatory audits as required.
  • Execute annual work planning while managing administrative processes including form management, record maintenance, and inter-departmental coordination.
  • Assist with management of department policy documents to meet regulatory standards.
  • Support abbreviation standardisation projects and process abbreviation requests.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the department.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail, responsible and possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
