Key Responsibility :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Airfreight Import operations.
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of import shipments.
  • Proactively follow up on urgent shipments to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Billing, and Sales teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met and documented in SOPs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers (MBR/QBR).
  • Handle end-to-end processes, including billing and dispute resolution.
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements :

  • Prior experience in Airfreight Import operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
