Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and vet import/export documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, BLUE POS, Cert of quality and quantity as required.
  • Coordinate sea/road shipments with freight forwarders, port terminals; arrange bookings and follow-up ETAs/ETDs.
  • Liaise with customs brokers and freight providers for smooth import/export clearance.
  • Handle trade finance documents: Letters of Credit (LC) checking, document presentation and negotiation support to ensure timely payment received.
  • Maintain shipment records, inventory book, and communicate with operations team (tank/factory/warehouse) for loading/unloading schedules.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in import /export documentation, shipping coordination, or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge in incoterms, LC documentary requirements, ISCC certification, COO issuance and basic customs procedures would be preferred.
