We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our international trade business in petrochemical and oil products, including MTBE, MEAC, Fuel Oil, and more. As the pioneer in this role, you will play a key part in establishing and growing our presence in the market, driving sales growth, and ensuring strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion of the international trade business in petrochemical and oil products.
  • Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets through the development of effective sales strategies and strong client relationship management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the headquarters to promote and deliver the company's product offerings.
  • Support and contribute to other duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trading, Chemistry, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in petrochemical or oil product trading.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain trust and integrity within the team.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with HQ counterparties.
