As a Sales Executive / Sales Designer/ Sales Specialist, you are part of the Sales Team that creates excitement and provides lifestyle solutions to meet our customers' desires. In this role, we expect you to be familiar with the business objectives and work with the Sales Team to deliver a delightful shopping experience for our customers that matches their lifestyle needs and wants.

  • Desire to connect with customers to better understand their needs and wants. Supporting all aspects of the sales process and closing sales with pride and professionalism
  • Generate the interest of customers through good product knowledge and know-how.
  • Make suitable recommendations to meet customers' needs and wants.

Product and Process Know-How

  • Have a good understanding of the Company's range of products.
  • Continually keep abreast of market trends and make suitable recommendations to improve customer service processes.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations following the company policies and procedures to ensure effective throughput as well as achieving sales targets and KPIs that are aligned with the company's goals
  • Assist in ad-hoc and periodic stock-taking processes.
  • Maintain the showroom's appearance (cleanliness, organization, neatness, and tidiness);
  • Ensure professionalism and act in the company's best interests at all times;
