Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by arranging interviews, administering written assessments, and following up with candidates for required documentation.
- Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders regarding the recruitment process or general HR-related matters.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring completion of exit checklists and clearance procedures.
- Assist in tracking employment contracts and coordinating the completion of required tests.
- Contribute to the preparation and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR-related processes.
- Assist in designing internal communications materials such as EDMs and posters using Canva and other graphic design tools to promote initiatives and programmes.
- Provide support for event planning and logistics, including events
- Assist in procurement processes and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the team.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business or Business IT
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior HR experience will be useful
