Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation & Sales Support:Prepare high-quality client presentation materials in multiple languages, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs.
- Administrative Duties:Assist Insurance Specialists with printing and binding documents, preparing application forms, and coordinating the submission of documents to insurers or internal departments.
- Logistics Coordination:Arrange local and international couriers for timely delivery of client and insurer documents.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Operations) and external insurers to support smooth case handling and processing.
- Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in insurance and/or banking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; multilingual abilities are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
