ComfortDelGro Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Executive/Senior Executive in General Insurance and also able to do Motor Schemes.

Job Scope

  1. Assist the Managers/Asst Managers in the day-today servicing of corporate accounts.
  2. For motor fleet business, to practice an effective system of tracking vehicle movement that consists of new registrations, additions and deletions.
  3. Keep up-t-date and accurate records of existing policy transactions.
  4. Work with Finance team to follow up on outstanding premiums.
  5. Support the Claims team to manage clients; claims with high service lelvel.
  6. Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurer , clients and colleagues through regular contact liaison.
  7. Meet with clients for follow up services and renewals.
  8. Keep abreast of all new technical, product developments, changing market conditions and inform account team members, insurers and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of coverage, including recommending appropriate proposals to clients where necessary.
  9. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and all regulatory requirements including complying with MAS rules and regulation.
  10. Qualifications:
  11. Diploma in insurance or equivalent
  12. Must possess insurance qualifications BCP, PGI and ComGI
  13. Minimum 3-5 years experience in the General Insurance Industry in a broking environment and also handling motor insurance.
  14. Proficient with MA Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  15. Customer-oriented, meticulous and a team player
  16. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
