Jobscope:

  • Providing support to sales team by providing timely insurance quotation.
  • Issuance of motor vehicle cover note, policy and certificate of insurance.
  • Attending to new and existing clients' enquiry.
  • Assist sales team or client in regards with policy cancellation, refund, NCD matter, claim issue and policy extension.
  • Correspond or negotiate with insurer via email or phone.
  • Data entry and filling.
  • Monitor and follow up on renewal with clients.
  • Follow up payment and/or payment collection.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • Preferably posses certificate in motor insurance for motor dealers
