Responsibilities:

  • Digitally process Corporate Loan Applications such as Business Loans, Banker's Guarantees, Trade, Forex Exchange Lines, Overdraft Facilities, Commercial, HDB Shops & Industrial Property Loans and Equipment Financing and Corporate Credit Cards
  • Perform Accounting Spreads of Financial Statements
  • Conduct documentation checks on submitted Application Forms and Supporting Documents and ensures that they are complete for processing
  • Conduct Eligibility Checks on Applicants via Online Enterprise Financing System to ensure compliance on limit aggregation and conduct of accounts
  • Follow-up with Sales / Branches on outstanding loan documentation / information
  • Perform data entry and checks in Credit System for Evaluation, Facilitation of auto-generation of Letters of Offer and updating of Bank's records
  • Liaises with other relevant Business Units for loan processing
  • Handles weekly & monthly MIS reports for the unit
  • Creates and maintains MIS databases for operation records

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Finance, Business or any related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year experience in loan processing
  • Ability to analyse Corporate Financial Statements
  • Good knowledge of Corporate Banking Products, Loans and Operations
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel and Access
