Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate loan applications from individuals and businesses.
  • Conduct credit checks and verify applicant information and financial documents.
  • Advise clients on suitable loan products, repayment plans, and interest rates.
  • Prepare and process loan documentation accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Follow up with clients on pending or approved applications.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and provide post-loan support.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch or company loan growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification; finance/loan experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of hire purchase loan processes will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Loan experience is added advantage
