Join Our Team as an Equipment Store Officer

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional ready to manage the logistics and accountability of essential operational gear? We are looking for a dedicated Equipment Store Officer to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.


What You'll Do

You will be the key person responsible for the accurate handling, maintenance, and tracking of non-controlled equipment and resources. Your core duties include:

Equipment Accountability & Logistics

  • Issuance & Return: Manage the daily issuance and return of non-controlled equipment to duty personnel.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory and movement records using our established system.
  • Shift Operations: Conduct stock checks meticulously at the start and end of every shift.
  • Full Accountability: Be responsible for all daily store operations, including the handling of equipment and/or cash equivalents.

Maintenance & Reporting

  • Equipment Upkeep: Ensure the timely charging and replacement of all battery-powered equipment.
  • "T-Loan" Items: Manage the upkeep of temporary loan items such as raincoats and safety vests.
  • Damage Reporting: Promptly report all damaged items to the Logistics OIC for timely replacement.

Financial & Compliance Tasks

  • E-Voucher Issuance: Validate authorization slips, counterchecking against the specimen signature of the Authorizing Officer, before issuing Taxi E-vouchers.
  • Exception Reporting: Report any irregularities or exceptions immediately, including inventory discrepancies or failure to return equipment within the stipulated time.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and technical skills:

  • Experience & Education: A minimum of NITEC qualification with 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Core Competencies: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all personnel.
Salary & Application
  • Salary: Up to $2,660 per month.
  • Receive 1 month salary to be paid out after completion of each year.
