  • 5 days work (required to work on weekend)
  • 9 hours per day
  • Increment available after probation

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring compliance
  • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment
  • Recruit, train and supervise store staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for raw materials, ingredients, supplies and merchandise.
  • Maintain product quality and consistency by overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages
  • Ensure store is at tip top condition and maintain hygienic environment and workplace
  • Monitor store expenses, including labor costs, cost of goods sold, and overhead expenses. Maximize profitability and achieve store targets
  • Communicate with Operation Managers and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Analyze store performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, employee productivity. Prepare regular reports to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of assistant manager experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
