As the Store Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of store operations - from leading and developing your team to achieving business targets and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and profitability to propose and implement improvement plans.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a strong and motivated team.
  • Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and overall store presentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 years' retail management experience, including 3 years leading a large team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty, retail excellence, and exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
