The Role

As a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you will lead by example — inspiring your team to deliver exceptional client service, achieve business goals, and embody the brand's luxurious standards. You'll be responsible for driving sales performance while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily store operations to ensure excellence in client experience and brand presentation.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the retail team to achieve sales targets and service KPIs.
  • Drive client engagement and build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Oversee product merchandising, inventory control, and visual display in line with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage roster planning, team scheduling, and operational compliance.
  • Collaborate with Training and Retail Excellence teams to enhance staff performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure smooth store operations, adherence to SOPs, and a luxury customer experience at all times.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or fashion retail management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in sales performance and team management.
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and luxury service standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
