The opportunity

Valiram Group is seeking an exceptional Retail Associate to join our dynamic Michael Kors team. As a Retail Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our luxury retail operations.

Key responsibilities

  1. Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing knowledgeable and attentive service
  2. Assist customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
  3. Maintain meticulous store presentation, ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are well-organised and visually appealing
  4. Participate in inventory management, including receiving, processing, and replenishing stock
  5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge, brand updates, and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or service role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
  4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
  5. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts to meet the needs of our customers
  6. A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player
