About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager for Bath & Body Works, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and success of our retail store in the East Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the growth of one of the world's most iconic lifestyle brands, part of the Valiram Group.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of store operations, from inventory management to customer service
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
  3. Ensure efficient and effective store procedures, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention
  4. Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  5. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets
  6. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
  7. Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products/ Beauty & Fragrance industry
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a delightful shopping experience
  4. A passion for the Bath & Body Works brand and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
