Responsibility :

Loan Officer:

  • Evaluate clients' credit reports, income, assets, and liabilities to determine financial risk and repayment ability
  • Provide professional advice on appropriate loan options, including personal, housing, vehicle, or business loans
  • Validate client information such as employment background, income documentation, and identification details
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering guidance and support throughout the entire loan application process

Admin Assistant:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
  • Support daily office operations and ensure the workplace is well-organized

Requirement :

  • Candidate with experience in admin, customer service, receptionist welcome to apply
