[Key Responsibilities]

·       Support the origination and structuring of new financing opportunities in:

o   Conducting market research and preparing industry and sector analysis

o   Preparing financing proposal, pitchbooks and client presentations

o   Supporting relationship-building activities, networking with clients, banking partners and internal stakeholders

o   Assisting in identifying opportunities involving ECA and PF financing

o   Coordinating with external and internal parties to gather information for financing documents

o   Supporting the syndication process especially when it is underwriting or bookbuilding and liaising with partner banks

·       Assist in due diligence, approval and review and execution of loan transactions by:

o   Supporting client onboarding processes and gathering required documentation.

o   Conducting financial analysis and assisting with comprehensive due diligence including legal, technical, E&S, financial etc.

o   Drafting sessions of credit memo applications and supporting preparation of materials for the internal credit committee

·       Provide support in loan documentation including:

o   Coordinating with legal counsel and internal teams to support documentation and execution processes, including CP satisfaction and loan drawdowns

o   Assisting in reviewing term sheets, finance and project, due diligence documents

·       Contribute to portfolio monitoring and management including:

o   Tracking borrower and project performance and assisting in responding to amendment or waiver requests

o   Preparing internal credit review materials and monitoring covenants or reporting obligations

o   Maintaining transaction data and documentation in internal systems

[Qualifications]

·       A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field

·       Highly motivated, fast learner and desire to work in a finance team

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·       Fluent in English
