Key Responsibilities-
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
-
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
-
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings
-
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
-
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
-
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
-
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor
-
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Minimum qualification: [e.g., O-Level/N-Level/Diploma or equivalent]

Experience in [insert industry, if applicable] is a plus
