**_Job Responsibilities_**
- Handle reception services such as greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and outgoing calls and assisting in overseas calls
- Arranging incoming/outgoing mails
- Manage general admin, such as billing and collection, petty cash disbursement, leave records and medical claims for staff, etc.
- Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries
- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with existing and potential clients
**_Requirements:_**
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible with good work attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to multi-task, prioritize work and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Accounts experience with knowledge of MYOB would be an added advantage
- Possess Class-3 Driving License is an added advantage
- Willing to do any other adhoc duties as assigned
**_Others_**
- Working hour from 9am to 6pm
- 5 days week
- Near City Hall MRT Station
