**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Description**:
- Generating invoices to Clients
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, photo-copying and filling
- Assist in handling and maintain of accounts, including invoicing, accounts receivable
- Calling and chasing clients for payments
- Key supplier invoice into MYOB system
- Issuing reimbursement of petty cash for staff
- Prepare progress claim for project team
- Issuing payment voucher and cheque (ad-hoc)
- Perform any ad-hoc accounts related matter
Requirement:
- Min. GCE N Level/ O Level/ ITE certification
- Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
