The Events Sales Executive is responsible for driving event sales and coordinating private dining, corporate bookings, and group events across the restaurant group. The role focuses on lead conversion, client servicing, and smooth event execution aligned with the brand standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Sales & Client Management

  • Handle all event enquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads to confirmed bookings
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and repeat patronage
  • Conduct site visits, menu discussions, and pre-event meetings

Event Coordination

  • Work closely with outlet managers and kitchen teams to align event requirements
  • Prepare event orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate communication of all details
  • Support on-site coordination for key events and manage last-minute changes

Administration and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals, and confirmed bookings
  • Track sales performance and assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups
  • Keep updated knowledge of menus, seasonal offerings, and brand guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or similar fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in event sales or hospitality
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
