About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at finexis advisory Pte Ltd in our Raffles Place office. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Liaise with insurers and clients as needed
- Perform various other administrative duties as required
- Only required to work 1-2 days a week
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
