Customer Service Executive

- Basic Salary from $2500 to $3500
- Office hours
- Company annual bonus
- Annual Leave from 14 days onwards
Job Scope:
- Track and evaluate performance indicators such as performance score and customer satisfaction index to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.
- Review and analyse customer surveys, feedback, and complaints to identify areas for improvement. Work with aftersales teams to design and execute action plans.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer service performance and highlight actionable insights for management review.
- Plan and implement customer engagement activities and seasonal campaigns that enhance the aftersales experience.
- Ensure adherence to internal quality procedures and propose workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding ofcustomer service operations and quality monitoring metrics.
- Candidate with prior automotive industry or aftersales service work experience is preffered.
