You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Business Development Executive
Business Development Executive
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: Up to $3,000/Mth
Job scope- Grow and manage a client database to generate new leads and consistently exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales engagement plans, including direct marketing campaigns and client meetings
- Respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) with professionalism and creativity
- Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions that align with their requirements
- Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert potential clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of business operations and industry trends
- Take ownership of personal development by staying informed and continuously updating industry knowledge
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft compelling proposals for new business opportunities
- Coordinate with colleagues across company to identify shared business prospects and exchange insights
- Foster a learning culture by identifying knowledge gaps and contributing to team learning and development
- Participate actively in the performance management process by setting goals, engaging in performance reviews, and creating a personal development plan
Requirements:
Able to interact with and influence multiple sales channels
Able to manage an track lead generation and enquiries through CRM system
Frequent travelling for business trips
Tenacious and creative sales approach
