Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the success of our hotel amenities business. You'll be responsible for managing existing accounts, establishing new partnerships, and collaborating to customize exceptional room items that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Take ownership of existing accounts, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our range of hotel amenities.
  • New Business Development: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients in the hospitality industry to expand our client base.
  • Customization Collaboration: Liaise directly with our team to facilitate the customization of hotel room items based on client preferences and requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Establish direct communication channels with hotel end users and purchasers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Forecasting clients' back order and keeping track of orders to facilitate smooth operational supplies offered to clients that placed their trust in our company.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass business targets.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
