Responsibilities
- In charge of achieving both individual goals and acquiring new clients.
- Develops, offers, and executes a strategy for prioritized potential clients.
- In order to achieve business objectives and revenue targets, contribute to the creation of annual business development plans and business development strategies for specific markets.
- Builds, nurtures, and expands client relationships while attracting new ones.
- Organizes a business journal and maintains a working Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to help prioritize and make decisions about the pipeline.
- It is crucial to carry out market research on potential clients and evaluate the findings in light of the Midcap criterion.
- Consult the decision-making team to confirm the specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and precise approach to working with multi-cultural and functional teams.
- Preferable within the logistic industry
- Excellent negotiator with a track record of closing deals and gaining new clients.
- Travel ability (travel to Asia Pacific countries is anticipated) while based in Singapore
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Time: Monday to Friday ( 8:30am-5pm)
