We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence in the e-waste recycling industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sustainability and innovation to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the e-waste recycling sector.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the electronics, manufacturing, and environmental sectors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
- Track and report on sales targets, performance metrics, and business development progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, environmental policies, and recycling technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong network within the e-waste recycling, sustainability, or environmental industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, okay with cold calling.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of e-waste recycling processes, industry regulations, and sustability practices is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin with Chinese stakeholders.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
