Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Director to lead business development for Public Sector and Defense accounts. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored, strategic solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align services with client needs, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and providing insights on market trends and the competitive landscape to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within Public Sector or Defense.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Strong network and ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
