Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive

About Us
We are an innovative company specializing in AI-powered kitchen automation and F&B solutions. Our product line features high-end and mid-range fully automated cooking systems. To support our rapid expansion, we are building a dynamic sales team to work alongside an experienced Sales Manager and drive market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell the company's kitchen automation equipment and related services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop new customers through cold calls, client visits and trade exhibitions, while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, follow up on orders and after-sales services.
- Gather market, competitor insights and provide regular reports and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales target.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience (experience in kitchen equipment, F&B industry, or B2B sales is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; proactive and results-driven.
- Ability to independently develop customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or trade exhibition promotion will be a plus.
- A good team player who can follow the direction of the Sales Manager.
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,500 / month + commission + Bonus (Earnings potential of over $10,000 per month)
Career Progression:
- Outstanding performers will be considered for promotion to Senior Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager, with higher base salary and management allowance.
